As Adamo’s largest and most anticipated annual event, the New Year Party is more than a celebration—it is a meaningful occasion to honor the collective contributions of Adamoers throughout 2025, while also marking a clear starting point and strategic direction for 2026. 

The event was successfully held with the participation of over 100 Adamo Software team members, featuring a vibrant agenda of in-house performances, engaging mini games, exciting lucky draws with valuable prizes, and many memorable moments. Let’s take a closer look at the highlights that made Adamo NYP 2026 truly unforgettable. 

I. NYP 2026 Background & Theme

This year’s New Year Party took place at CTM Palace, one of Hanoi’s most prestigious venues, well known for its professional service standards and high-quality sound and lighting systems. With the goal of delivering an exceptional experience for every Adamoer, the leadership team carefully selected CTM Palace as the venue for this milestone event. 

After a transformative 2025 marked by the rapid acceleration of AI adoption, Adamo experienced a surge in client demand for AI-integrated projects as well as internal initiatives leveraging AI to optimize workflows and productivity. Against this backdrop, “Streamline” was chosen as the central theme of NYP 2026. 

Looking ahead to 2026, Adamo aims to further strengthen its focus on digital information systems and AI-led digital solutions. “Streamline” perfectly encapsulates this ambition—representing not only a strategic direction set by leadership, but also a shared mindset that will guide Adamoers throughout the year.

1. Q4 Recognition & Appointment Ceremony

No company celebration is complete without recognizing outstanding achievements. The Q4/2025 Award Ceremony was a heartfelt moment where the leadership and management teams honored individuals and departments that delivered exceptional performance during the final quarter of the year. 

Beyond recognition, the New Year Party also served as an official occasion to appoint long-standing and high-performing team members to the role of Project Manager—a critical and strategic position within an IT services company like Adamo. This milestone not only reflects individual growth but also reinforces Adamo’s commitment to developing internal leadership. 

2. In-House Performances: Adamo’s Annual “Signature Dish”

Four teams, four distinct styles, and an intense yet joyful competition. There was no judging panel—the audience held 100% voting power, making it a fair and engaging showdown. More than entertainment, the NYP performances have become a true platform for coders, testers, sales teams, and other roles to shine beyond their daily work. 

3. Gala Dinner Experience

Fun and celebration aside, food is always an essential part of Adamo NYP. The gala dinner at CTM Palace was served with professionalism and care, ensuring everyone could fully enjoy the experience. 

More importantly, the dinner created space for Adamoers to raise their glasses together—expressing gratitude, sharing well wishes, and welcoming the new year with warmth and connection. The atmosphere truly reflected the spirit of one united family. 

4. Mini Games: Bingo & Lucky Draw

The most anticipated segment of the night was undoubtedly the Mini Games, featuring Bingo and Lucky Draw sessions. With attractive prizes sponsored by partners and the company itself, the atmosphere quickly turned thrilling and energetic.
