Adamo Teambuilding in Ba Vi 2024 – Light Up

Teamwork makes the dream work, it’s a familiar phrase, and we’ve likely witnessed its effectiveness firsthand. After a stretch of diligent workdays, the Adamo-ers had the chance to rejuvenate their energy and spirit through the Adamo Teambuilding 2024 activity held in Ba Vi, Hanoi.  

The Adamo teambuilding trip took place on the weekend of October 5-6, 2024, in Ba Vi, Hanoi. The participation of 74 Adamo-ers in this teambuilding trip significantly strengthened cohesion and team spirit, fostering numerous beautiful memories among the company members. I. Quarterly Employee Awards – Honoring the Exceptional Contributions

Quarterly awards acknowledge the exceptional accomplishments of team members and teams every three months. Appreciation is a core human need, serving as a signal to employees that the Board of Directors recognizes and values the hard work they contribute.  

This serves as a significant boost for individuals with remarkable accomplishments at the company, empowering them to build greater confidence as they approach the final months of 2024 and achieve even more success.

II. Adamo teambuilding activity – Work hard, play hard

The Adamo teambuilding activities were totally on point, thanks to the amazing organizers! The games were filled with energy and excitement, and the Adamo-ers brought their A-game with all their enthusiastic support! Every team that stepped onto the field was totally in it to win it, pouring their hearts and souls into the game! Apart from innovative ideas and capacity for problem-solving, collaboration is crucial in deciding the performance of every team. 

After the team bonding sports, the Adamo-ers really hit it off and felt like a well-oiled machine, more connected than ever before. Furthermore, that fits perfectly with the primary objective of this journey.  

III. Delightful dinner – A full stomach leads to a cheerful spirit 

After an exciting day of activities, the Adamo-ers enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Roses Villa that totally recharged their spirits. The chefs at the Villa totally outdid themselves with the most amazing dishes! Adamo members were treated to a fabulous feast featuring all the delicious specialties from the Ba Vi Mountain region. The dinner was a real feast for the senses, blending homegrown cultural programs that left Adamo-ers both full and tickled pink.

IV. Campfire – Being Happy Together

The campfire marks the concluding event for the teambuilding activities scheduled on October 5, 2024. After a day of hard work, members come together joyfully around the fire, singing to one another. The campfire program serves as a soothing and tranquil melody, lulling everyone into a restful slumber, prepared for a fresh day ahead together.

V. Adamo Team Building 2024: A “Healing” Journey

The cool autumn air of Hanoi, the fresh breeze from the Northwest mountains, and the lovely ambiance at Roses Villa make the Adamo Teambuilding 2024 trip a genuinely restorative experience. Two days and one night may not seem extensive, yet it provides Adamo-ers with a valuable chance to rejuvenate both their spirit and body after nearly a year of hard work and dedication.
