Does Adamo reuse source code between client projects?

No. All projects are developed from scratch, and we never reuse source code from other client projects nor share your source code with anyone. We leverage our domain know-how and development experience to build faster and avoid common pitfalls, but every line of code is written specifically for your project. All intellectual property rights belong entirely to you.

What security measures does Adamo have in place?

We implement multiple layers of security: all employees work exclusively on company-provided devices with no personal device access to client projects, each team member signs an individual NDA, and we follow ISO 27001 information security standards. Can I replace a team member if I'm not satisfied with their performance?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with any team member, notify us and we will first work with the individual to address your concerns. If performance does not improve within 1 to 2 weeks, we arrange a replacement. While the current member continues working, we interview and onboard a new team member — typically within 1 to 3 weeks. The handover period of 1 to 2 weeks incurs no additional cost.

What engagement models does Adamo offer?

We offer two primary engagement models. Project-Based: you provide requirements and we deliver a complete solution with fixed milestones and payment stages tied to deliverables. Team-Based (Dedicated Team): you hire dedicated developers who work full-time on your project, reporting daily and managed through your preferred tools.
